Shipping policy
Our shipping rates are based upon the weight of items and box size. We do our best to provide low shipping costs as this is just a service of helping you receive your order.
We ship with UPS Ground and USPS for PO Box orders. On a case-by-case basis, we will gladly work with you to provide UPS Next Day Air per the customer's request. This will require an additional invoice for the shipping coverage with the expedited service.
Orders are shipped within 1-7 business days from the time we receive it. We currently operate on weekdays and do not ship on Saturday or Sundays. If your order is for Dinnerware, these are handmade to order and will ship in 6-8 weeks.
We are not responsible for stolen packages. If your order has been marked as delivered but you are unable to find your box, please contact the carrier regarding your package. They should have a GPS tracking for the delivery location of your order to help you find it.
Delays caused by shipping carriers are out of our control and we are unable to refund shipping charges if UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact UPS directly if your items are not delivered on time.
